Welcome!

Welcome to my new blog. In this space, I would like to discuss my daily trading action, rationale, and technical and fundamental research. I am not a professional trader but have been trading and "surviving" for the past 9 years. I have made many mistakes, busted through my trading account more than I care to remember, and continue to pay my dues to the market gods. In this blog site, I would like to share my daily diary of my interpretation of the market, my trades, and all other irreverant aspects of trading.

I primarily trade Equity Options and short term Equities. I keep my technical analysis simple with overwhelming emphasis placed on short term market trend, price/volume action, and contrarian market psychology. I do not place too much credence to oscillators. I carefully monitor supply and demand side of each stock that I follow and "love" to follow stocks that have had "over-reaction" to certain news, results, or world events. I try to target options that have rising or potentially rising volatility and when the market "mis-prices" options or stock prices. I enjoy market confusion or market "error" in equity pricing, or when the "sellers" have run out of supply and when "buyers" have run out of capital.

I believe one can make money in the equity market if one's emotion is controlled. This however is not an easy proposition. The theory of mine is that in the prime moment of emotional fear and elation, it is at that time you are wrong.

Thanks for looking in.
